The Norcross Family Preserve consists of two units that make up a total of 2.75 acres. The Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy acquired this property in April 2018 from the Eppler family. Through the generosity of the Norcross family and other donors, the funds were raised allowing this parcel to be protected in perpetuity.
