As a Member of the Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy, you may vote in the Board of Trustees election either in person at the Annual Meeting or in advance by submitting this electronic proxy. The Annual Meeting will be held at The Talcott Event Center, 4078 M-75, Walloon Lake, MI 49796, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote, please complete and submit this proxy form. Advance proxies must be received by Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
The undersigned member of the Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy hereby appoints Marty Makinen, President, and Jon Breithaupt, Executive Director, and each of them, attorneys for the undersigned, to vote as proxy in the name of the undersigned with full power of substitution, at the Annual Meeting of the members of the Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy to be held in-person on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT, and any adjournments thereof, with all power which the undersigned would possess if personally present with respect to the following propositions:
- Election of Trustees Nominees of the Board of Trustees are listed below. Mark your vote by selecting the appropriate box for each nominee, and, if desired, type the name of an alternate nominee for whom you wish to vote.
- To vote in their discretion on such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof. This proxy, when properly executed, revokes any previous proxy and will be voted as instructed, herein by the undersigned member. If no instruction is given, this proxy will be voted for all the nominees listed below. It may be revoked by delivering a written notice of revocation to the Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy (P.O. Box 579, Walloon Lake, MI 49796) or by appearing personally and voting at the meeting. One vote per household. Any member who submits a proxy or electronic vote may revoke it at any time before it is exercised by delivering written notice to the Executive Trustee or by attending the Annual Meeting and voting in person.
